Quality Assurance
Aim of Ronconi SpA is to achieve the top level in the product manufacturing and service supply, in order to be competitive on the market and to satisfy Customer Satisfaction.
According to ISO 9001 requirements, Ronconi SpA has defined a policy for the Quality and implemented a Management System to accomplish the Quality requirements. This System is based on the monitoring of various indicators that influence Quality of its products. The analysis of such indicators is also a key factor for the continuous improvement of Company products.
According to the Quality Manual, Ronconi SpA has created a set of procedures and practices for the monitoring of processes and products.
For Energy tubes Ronconi SpA is PED 97/23/EC (Pressure Equipment Directive) certified. The Company is also certified as Approved Manufacturer according to AD 2000-Merkblatt W0 with TUV and also Germanischer Lloyd and DNV for the production of Chrome-Molybdenum steel tubes.
For mechanical tubes Ronconi SpA is qualified by some of the most important automotive fabricators and/or their subcontractors.

Quality Control
Ronconi SpA has a certified Laboratory to run:

Mechanical test at room, high and low temperature
Impact test
Hardness Test
PWHT
Product Analysis
PMI
Micrograph

In addition there are several external Laboratories cooperating for any other test.
Several modern equipments in the mill run Not Destructive Testing with Eddy Current and Ultrasonic methods on 100% of production according to Norms and Clients requirements. Qualified Personnel is trained to run such tests.

Ronconi SpA is qualified by some of the most important plant manufactorers in the world.
According to the procedures, for every supply a Certificate is issued according to EN10204.
Identification and Traceability of the material in the mill are guaranteed.
Ronconi SpA also cooperates to issue 3.2 Certificates with some of the most estimated inspection bodies, such as:
